Carmen is a freelance grant writer with a B.A. in NGOs and Social Change, B.A. in Social Sciences with an Emphasis in Psychology, and minors in Spanish and Nonprofits, Philanthropy, and Volunteerism. She is now a graphic design student at LATTC where she is honing her visual communication skills to share stories of people of color in social movements. Growing up, she loved playing sports like basketball, volleyball, and badminton but never learned to ride a bike.
